How does it work?

1. Log into Zappi and navigate to the Solutions page. Scroll to or use the search bar to locate and select Brand & Category.
2. Follow the configuration screens through to checkout. Begin by choosing your audience and sample size.
3.  Use the pre-configured questions for easy set up, then customize them to your needs. Questions cover:
   • Brand familiarity
   • Category purchase or usage frequency
   • Brand purchase or usage frequency
   • Open feedback on last usage occasion
   • Shopping barriers and usage barriers
4. Launch to field and get responses.
5. Once all your responses are available, return to view your results. Filter and configure the data to explore further.
