AI Quick Reports
What is an AI Quick Report?
An AI Quick Report is an AI-driven, auto-generated report designed to provide users with immediate insights upon completing a survey.
By combining human expertise with advanced AI analysis, Quick Reports deliver a concise summary of research results and key diagnostics within moments. This feature allows users to skip the complexities of data interpretation and jump straight into actionable insights.
Why use a Quick Report?
Quick Reports are designed to save time and improve decision-making by:
- Offering 90% of the insights you need within moments of survey completion.
- Reducing the time spent on manual analysis and report preparation.
- Simplifying data interpretation through pre-configured norms and benchmarks.
Key Components of a Quick Report
Each Quick Report is tailored to the specific survey and includes:
- Executive summary: A quick read on the overall outcome of the test combining both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Primary KPI summary: A high-level summary of the results across all KPIs, outlining strengths and weaknesses.
- Diagnostic sections: Deeper analysis into areas where specific KPIs require attention.
- Demographic and Contextual Information: Essential background information to enhance data interpretation.
- These reports are dynamically generated, with content varying based on the survey's results. The approach uses a decision-tree logic to maintain relevance and conciseness, ensuring that each report is tailored to the unique results for that individual stimulus.

How to get the most value from an AI Quick Report?
AI Quick Reports are your ideal first place to understand how your stimulus has been received and why. It should be used to give you a head start on consumer responses and the recommendations you want to take to your business. It means you aren’t starting from a blank slate.
Once you have read and understood the strengths and opportunities, you will likely want to go into the full charts to dive deeper:
- Compare to different benchmarks
- Look at subgroups
- Filter data by different measures to dive deeper into the ‘why’
- Get closer to the nuance of the consumer response by reading individual responses
Whilst we have built significant human expertise into the Quick Report, the report is still generated by AI meaning that while it will provide a clear picture of the strengths and weaknesses it will not have all the nuance and context of the ‘art’ side of advertising. Some of the language may be imperfect or abrupt. But rest assured that the summary of the closed data and calculations are driven by built-in expertise so you can be confident in its accuracy. And the same expertise points AI to the right open data to get an initial diagnosis of 'why' before you dive deeper.
Can I edit my Quick Report?
Yes, you can. You can add, delete, and format text. Interact with any text to begin editing. You can bold, italicize, underline, strikethrough, add a hyperlink, or change the text color.
You can also copy, move, or delete blocks of content easily. To do this, hover over the corner of a block of content and an icon will appear giving you the option to either:
- Copy a block of text
- Copy a chart

You can also add a new section easily from a list of pre-made content. To do this, hover between sections and an icon with a plus sign will appear. Once you click the icon, you will be able to choose from a list of pre-made content or add an empty section to populate with custom content.
Your edits will be saved automatically. To see if a report has been edited, click the Edit History button to view past versions.
Please note: anyone within the same domain will be able to access, view and edit the same report.
Additional FAQs
Why is a specific analysis missing from my Quick Report which was seen in a different report?
Certain diagnostics are triggered only if related KPIs underperform, focusing on areas needing improvement. For example, the Viewer Retention by Second is only shown if the Watched Full Ad metric is significantly below the norm.
Can I adjust the norms, confidence interval, or other settings in a Quick Report?
No, the settings are predefined. We intend to get as close as possible to a single click report which means we attempt to pre-set all values and surface insights without the complexity. You can still adjust norms, confidence intervals and any other ‘slicing and dicing’ by going into the full ‘view analysis’ area after getting your head start with the AI Quick Report.
Why do the norms in my report differ from those in a Quick Report?
Quick Reports use the default norm settings as of the survey’s closing month, which might differ if altered in other reports (either date or chosen norm comparison)
Can I compare multiple stimuli across one order in a single report?
Yes, you can now compare multiple stimuli across one order for Activate It, Activate It Early, Screen it 2.0 and Amplify 2.0 Solutions (exc. Amplify Early Ideas). We plan to roll this out across more products soon.
Why isn’t there a link to the Quick Report after my survey closed?
This could be due to one of two reasons:
- It could be an old order before AI reports, or "stories," were available
- It may not yet be available on the solution you are using
How can I provide feedback on AI Quick Reports?
