  • Addressing Limitations: Discuss any potential constraints related to customization options.

Step 2: Solution Design Proposal

  • Question Wording & Reporting Flow: Zappi will propose a design that aligns with your brand’s language and objectives.
  • KPI Alignment: Ensure that the solution aligns with your business goals for success measurement.
  • Final Proposal: Sign off on the proposed design before development begins.

Step 3: Solution Build

  • Customizing the Solution: The Zappi team implements the agreed-upon changes, including adding/removing questions and modifying reporting formats.
