Our goal is to ensure high-quality, consistent, and comparable translations across markets, enabling you to launch with confidence and clarity in any language.

How we ensure quality translations

  • Linguist expertise: We rely on professional linguists to validate the accuracy and appropriateness of translations.
  • Consistency across markets: Translations must mirror the English source text as closely as possible to maintain comparability across studies.
  • Research integrity: A single translation update can affect all studies using that same string. For that reason, edits are only made when linguistically justified.
  • Shared architecture: Edits apply globally, so they are not tailored per customer, this ensures better comparability long-term.

Translation Edit Requests

Edits are only permitted when translations are linguistically incorrect, not for stylistic or preferential reasons. Since translation changes affect all surveys, we do not make individual edits unless there is a problem with the translation itself.

To make a translation request, click on the question mark icon in the bottom left of your screen, then select Contact Support.


On the support form, select General Inquiry under Help Topic and select Translations under Area of the Platform.

Your request will be routed directly to our Activation team who will be able to assess the request and make any required changes. Some details that will help us to complete your request more quickly are: 

  • Product & market combination (Concept Test - Spain)
  • Your order ID or a link to your project configuration
  • Timeline
  • Specific text in question
  • Explanation of the translation issue
  • Suggested improved version, if possible

What we prioritize when reviewing requests

  1. Linguistic errors: Spelling mistakes or grammatical inaccuracies, confirmed by linguists.
  2. Formal tone alignment: Ensuring the translated text remains formal and suitable for market research.
  3. Impact assessment: Evaluating whether the change affects other markets, studies, or product integrity.
  4. Technical compatibility: Confirming that any changes maintain functional coding or placeholders.

Reasons for rejection

  • Linguist rejection: If they confirm the original is correct.
  • Research comparability: Changing the meaning in a way that impacts data integrity.
  • We cannot accommodate:
    • Stylistic preferences
    • Partial translation rewrites that no longer reflect the English base text
    • Removal of grammatical structure that may break compatibility with other piped-in values
