AI Quick Reports | Sections and Graphs
Overview
AI quick reports are made up of multiple sections, each with its own chart. Below is an explanation of each default section, and an overview of each chart type. Not all quick reports will have all of the sections or charts shown here.
These reports are dynamically generated, with content varying based on the survey's results. The approach uses a decision-tree logic to maintain relevance and conciseness, ensuring that each report is tailored to the unique results for that individual stimulus.
Main Report Sections
Executive summary
A quick read on the overall outcome of the test combining both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Primary KPI Overview: A high-level summary of the results across all KPIs, outlining strengths and weaknesses.

Diagnostic sections: Deeper analysis into areas where specific KPIs require attention.

Demographic and Contextual Information: Essential background information to enhance data interpretation.

Chart types
Reach, Resonance and Response score
These charts show the overall score and the minor scores that contributed to it.
In this example, the Reach score is determined by the Brand Recall, Ad Distinctiveness, and the percentage of respondents that watched the full ad.

Vertical Bar Charts
Vertical bar charts can display any number of items along the x-axis. We use color-coded bars when data includes positive or negative scoring, and a neutral color for all other scenarios.

Pre and Post exposure uplift
This horizontal bar chart uses color coding to highlight the relationship between purchase interest before and after exposure to the stimulus.

Horizontal bar charts
Horizontal bar charts can be neutral color or color coded depending on the data set. You can choose what items are shown on the graph by clicking the ‘Edit’ button in the top right.
Note: If you want a PDF export, the limit is 10 line items so the graph can fit into a slide.

Second - by - Second emojis
For some surveys, respondents are asked to select an emoji to match their emotion as they watch an ad. The data is shown as a line graph. Each emotion is a different line, so you can easily see correlations and spikes in emotion.

Verbatims
Any section containing verbatim answers displays the main themes found across responses, along with a selection of actual responses linked to the chosen theme. The most common theme is selected by default. Select a different theme to explore its associated responses.
Tip: Before you export your report to .PPT, be sure you have selected the theme you’d like displayed on your slide. Export the report as a .csv to get a list of all of your verbatim responses.
