AI Quick Reports | Multi-stim and Sequential

Overview

AI quick reports support both multi-stimulus and linear solution comparisons. Each report type includes charts and sections tailored to its format. Multi-stimulus reports focus on comparing concepts against each other, while linear solutions surface a different set of comparisons suited to sequential viewing. The sections and charts unique to each are outlined below.

Multi-stim Sections

Overview chart

The overview chart for a multistim report appears differently depending on the solution. For most solutions, it is a scatter plot to show each stim’s placement based on Trial and Breakthrough. The colors indicate the suggested next steps for each stim, such as ‘Scale and Sustain’, Seed and Grow’, or ‘Rework’.

For solutions that measure ‘Creative Potential’, the chart will align on a single axis. This way you can see patterns emerge among stim with similarities.

Winners

The Winners section provides a quick view of the overall score for each stim, indicated by the color of the frame, plus the individual scores that contribute to the overall score. The contributing scores may vary depending on the solution used.

Significance Matrix

The significance matrix indicates which stim are significantly better when compared to another stim. To use this chart, select one stim from the y axis of the chart, then find the stim you want to compare it to along the x axis. If the tile at the intersection of the two is green, then Stim A scored significantly better than stim B.

Sequential Graphs

Sequential Overview

A rank scatter plot shows how a set of concepts (products, ideas, ads, etc.) perform against each other on a given metric.

Axes: The y-axis shows each concept's overall rank, where 1 is the best. The axis runs top-to-bottom, so rank 1 sits at the top. The x-axis shows the percentage of respondents who placed that concept among their top choices.

Diagonal pattern: The dots naturally form a diagonal line from bottom-left to top-right. Concepts in the top-right received high rankings from a large share of respondents; those in the bottom-left ranked poorly with few respondents selecting them. A tight, linear pattern indicates consistent preferences across the audience.

Dotted circles: Dotted circles group concepts that are statistically too close to distinguish at a 90% confidence level. Treat any concepts sharing a circle as tied. The difference between them may simply be due to chance. Only concepts in separate circles represent a genuine performance difference.

Focus on which circle a concept belongs to before drawing conclusions from its rank number alone. A concept ranked 3rd and one ranked 7th may share a circle, making them effectively tied. While a concept in its own circle is a clear winner or under-performer. This shifts the focus from "which rank number is higher?" to "which concepts are genuinely distinguishable from each other?"

Key Metrics

Sequential solutions show the top 10 stim and the individual questions that contributed to the overall score.

Winner’s Summary

Similar to the horizontal bar charts, select up to 10 stim to display at a time. Each section of the bar chart reflects a different rank.
