Credit Bundles

Whenever you purchase a set of credits from Zappi, you create a credit bundle. These credits are added to a wallet and contribute to the overall balance of that wallet. 

A credit bundle has two attributes that are permanently attached to it no matter what happens to those credits:

• An expiry date
• A percentage discount if applicable

When credits are used or transferred, they always carry these attributes with them. A wallet can hold multiple credit bundles, each potentially with different discounts and expiry dates.

You can think of it as if you have gift cards with built-in discounts and use-by dates. You can use part of one card amount to pay for something small, or use more than one to cover a bigger purchase, but the terms each card came with will never change.

Credits expire automatically on their expiry date at 11:50pm GMT.
