How to know when your project is complete

In this article, we’ll walk you through what to expect at every stage of your project, from launch to completion. You’ll learn how to check progress, what different status updates mean, and what to do if things are taking a little longer than expected.

Before you launch

Before you launch your project, you’ll see an estimate for when your project will be ready.

If you select Pacing or Scheduling from your launch options, you’ll have an even better idea of when your results will be ready.

Whilst you’re collecting results

The homepage will keep you updated on how your fieldwork is progressing - but sit tight, you don’t need to do anything.

Once your project is complete

Once your project completes, you’ll get an email, letting you know your results are ready and waiting.

You’ll also see that the project has moved into the recently completed projects section on the homepage, and can be found in the analysis tab, too.

Troubleshooting: my project is taking longer than expected!

Some projects will not complete as quickly as expected. We’ll have been made aware of this behind the scenes, so usually you can just wait an extra few hours for your project to close.  Rest assured - our quality checks ensure that you’ll always still have great quality data, even if it takes a little while longer.
