- Unlimited users and access
- Custom self-serve hubs for generating and refining concepts
- Ability to update agents as your needs evolve
Guided Implementation
STEP 1 | Discover
- Design Agreement: Gain understanding of your innovation space, to design a recommended flow and custom agent ecosystem with the agents you would like to integrate.
- Document Retrieval: Collect all relevant information and documents, sort through previous learnings, and prime documents for Agent upload.
STEP 2 | Set Up
- Add Agents: Select the default and custom Agents to be included in your custom agent ecosystem and custom hubs.
- Upload Documents: Add any relevant documents to the necessary Agents to ensure expertise relevant to your business.
- Adjust Prompting: Customize Agent prompting to align with your innovation space and intended outputs.
- Train Agents: Q&A Agents documents and prompting to minimize hallucination and bias.
STEP 3 | Train
- User Training: Train and enable users to create sessions, manage hubs, customize agents and leverage their custom agent ecosystem self-serve.
- Hypercare: Depending on your subscription plan, you could benefit from up to 10 hours hypercare for up to 2 months post implementation for tweaks of your custom agent ecosystem to ensure successful alignment to your innovation needs and integration with your workflow.
Customer documentation accepted
AI models are only as good—and as relevant—as the data they’re built on. In order to effectively train and customize the agent ecosystem for your specific needs, it’s important to share a range of brand and strategic materials. These can include audience or demand space information, foresight documents, market reports, brand guidelines, and other supporting content.
The exact documents you provide will depend on your innovation objectives and area of focus, as well as what is readily available within your organization. We recommend selecting 3–4 key topic areas to guide our AI Agents in specializing appropriately.
Examples of accepted documents may include:
- Strategic plans and overall goals for the brand
- Jobs to be done
- Demand spaces
- Category landscape
- Competitor analysis
- Trends reports / cultural insights
- White space or opportunity mapping research
- Usage and Attitude (U&A) studies
- Target market/customer segmentation
- Brand keys/tone of voice/guidelines
- Brand visual guidelines
- Social Listening analysis
- Syndicated data
- Qualitative research transcripts
- Retail/channel studies
Best practices for customer documentation
Any materials that help inform and guide—such as supporting research, strategic frameworks, or inspirational sources—are acceptable. We are flexible in the formats we support, including (but not limited to) PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint decks, and spreadsheets.
It’s important to note that the Agents perform best with text-based content. If your documentation includes heavy visual elements (e.g., charts, infographics, image-based decks), we recommend adding descriptive text or annotations where necessary to ensure the content can be interpreted effectively by the model.
Other possible customer documentation
There are guardrails in terms of what sources are likely better or worse, depending on their oversight factors. Please note, data sources such as third party survey data sets, market data and others would require more complex prompting to ensure the interpretation is correct, appropriate and relevant. As this is the case, the inclusion of such data sources are subject to mutual agreement and could have to be scoped out separately outside of our standard implementation service.
Customer data not accepted
Zappi will not establish any direct data source connections to third party data.
Setting up users
In addition to documentation, we will need a list of teams and users that will need to be set up to access the custom agent ecosystem and are authorized to use it.
Implementation FAQ
What if I have done an AI Concept Lab before subscribing? Do I still need to go through Implementation?
Our AI Concept Lab experience delivered via our Professional Services is a great way for you to see the agents in action and start thinking about how the integration of agents could transform your innovation sprints workflow. Before an AI Concept Lab, our teams do a basic setup of the environment depending on the intended objective of the lab. This does not replace the implementation process that you need to go through to set up your custom agent ecosystem for ongoing self-serve use or training on how to self-serve.
What’s the time commitment?
Expected time commitment from of 2h-4h per week for 1-3 weeks depending on the intended scale of adoption of the AI Concept Creation Agents
