Free Trial Offer | Zappi Marketing Agents


From September 1 through December 31, 2025, Zappi is providing eligible customers with a free 30-day trial of the AI Concept Creation Agents. Free trial participants will receive direct access to the default, non-customized, agents which is a subset of the full agents ecosystem built to support concept development and ideation workflows.

This limited-time trial is intended to give participants the opportunity to experience and assess the functionality, user experience, and potential value of incorporating Zappi’s AI Marketing Agents™  into concept creation and ideation processes before committing to a full subscription add-on


What are the eligibility requirements?

To participate in the free trial, you and your organization must meet the eligibility criteria, submit a free trial request on the website, and be accepted.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Be an existing Zappi customer or part of a paid pilot program.
  • Operate within one of the following categories: Food & Beverage, Alcohol, Personal Care, or QSR in the US or UK market.
  • Have no active AI Concept Creation Agents subscription add-on.

Only customers who meet all of the above requirements and are approved will be granted access to the trial. Acceptance into the trial will be granted at Zappi’s discretion.

What’s included?

You’ll get access to an out-of-the box default agent ecosystem which includes access to the Activate It Normative Data Agent, plus all other default agents, including Facilitator, Creative, Visual Design, Duplication and Respondent Agents. The Zappi Marketing Agents™ are provided as-is for the purposes of this trial.

Through the Normative Data Agent, you’ll get access to category insights for Food/Bev, Alcohol, Personal Care, and QSR. 

If you already have your own data in Activate It, the Customer Data Agent will be available as well.


This is a self-serve experience, but we're here if you have questions.

  • Duration
    • Up to a maximum of 30 days from start date
  • Usage Limits
    • Unlimited individual users per domain (each user must register to gain access).
    • Up to 10 million tokens within up to 20 sessions per domain.
      • Once the usage limits are reached, you will need to purchase a subscription add-on to continue your access to the AI Concept Creation Agents.

First steps

Once your trial is activated, you’ll receive an email with some details and instructions on how to access the agents ecosystem. You'll get a tour on-platform to help you create your first concept and you can also refer to the user guide for extra help.

How can I keep access?

Your sales representative will be in touch with you throughout your trial period and can help you to upgrade to a paid subscription when the trial ends. Unused trial tokens or sessions from your trial will not roll over if you purchase a subscription add-on.

What happens to my concepts after the trial ends?

Once your trial ends, you can get access to the Concept Creation Agents only through paid subscription add-on.

Data Privacy


We are ISO 27001 certified and adhere to ISO 42001:2023 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards across our AI and data infrastructure. Comprehensive data security policies of multiple AI models and platforms are followed and information is safeguarded at all times. Zappi adheres to its data, privacy and security standards with respect to its use and deployment of AI models within the Marketing Agents, as well as the processing of any data input into them. 

The Marketing Agents, including AI Concept Creation Agents, do not train on your business data, you own and control your inputs at all times. Zappi does not use any customer-provided data - such as survey inputs -nor does it use research results, metadata, or respondent data to train foundational AI models. Customer data is used exclusively to deliver the services provided and is not incorporated into any general-purpose or shared AI training processes.

Each customer’s data is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with contractual terms and applicable data protection laws. Data used for AI-powered features within the Zappi platform is processed securely and only within the context of that customer's account and services. To further safeguard information, we employ an expert-maintained taxonomy system that anonymizes data while preserving categorical value, and no insights from verbatim will be surfaced.
