Video and text | Character Limit: 255 Formats accepted: MP4, MOV. File size: Less than ~100Mb Resolution: 1280x720 This is an aspect ratio of 16:9, which is the resolution of a normal widescreen TV and standard for Youtube and Facebook. Quick Tools | What You Need to Know
Choose from 7 optional quick tools to set up your survey for deeper insights on your assets.
Heat Map | Find out which sections of an image people like/dislike and why. For example, you can use this to test packaging design to pinpoint what people notice about the colors, logo, flavors and more. Minimum requirement is 1 click and a 5 character comment for ‘likes’ and the again for ‘dislikes.’ Maximum is 3 clicks and 3 comments of 255 characters each. Useful for testing packaging, menu boards, billboards, flavor options, etc. |
---|---|
Verbatim Analysis (for images) | Respondents are asked an open ended likes/dislikes question. The common themes are surfaced in the report. Useful for testing images as a whole, particularly images that have less detail (e.g. logos). Report automatically thematically codes verbatims. |
Verbatim analysis (for text) | Respondents will be asked to describe their reaction to the text. The common themes are surfaced in the report. Useful for gauging a reaction to claims, straplines, names etc. Character limit: 500 |
Video Reaction | Get second-by-second insight on your video. Understand which parts create a reaction and which parts fall flat and determine if it evokes the reaction you want. |
Text Highlighter | Find out which parts of your text people like or dislike and why. Respondents can highlight 1 to 10 sections. Character limit: 500 Identify what sections of text people like and dislike, such as any words or phrases that stand out. Useful for longer pieces of text such as claims, proposition statements or communications, rather than short pieces such as names. To ask respondents why they do or don't like a word, add a verbatim custom question to your survey. |
A/B Test | Present 2 images and find out which is preferred and why. |
Quick Rating | Get rapid feedback on up to 5 images. Each respondent will see one at random so it’s best to increase your sample size. Likes & dislikes verbatim reactions on each image are included. |
Add Optional Questions
Overall Emotions: Gauge the emotional response to a topic of your choice with emojis.
Attribute Associations: Check which words or phrases are resonating with respondents and if your messaging is landing.
Actions to Take: Discover if your concept affects behavior change and which forms of action respondents are most likely to take.
Add Custom Questions
Unlike other solutions you may use, with Ask Anything you can add up to five custom questions within the quoted price. You will only be charged for additional custom questions beyond five. Learn more about Custom Questions.
