Program Management

Program Management gives you the coordination you need to deliver a defined, high-impact initiative with Zappi, from complex rollouts and migrations to multi-market change. A Program Manager aligns stakeholders, removes blockers and keeps momentum, so you can focus on the outcome.

Program Management is an optional add-on, available on top of any Zappi service package or purchased separate.

What Program Management covers

  • Central point of coordination: Your Program Manager manages communication between your teams and Zappi, keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
  • Smooth execution: Your Program Manager owns the plan, milestones and risks, so the initiative lands on time and delivers the agreed outcome.

How it works

  • A defined initiative: Each engagement is time-boxed, with an agreed outcome, success criteria, timeframe and a named sponsor on your side.
  • Scoped to your initiative: Pricing is based on the complexity and duration of the initiative.

Is Program Management right for you?

Program Management is a good fit for initiatives that:

  • Roll out new solutions or processes at scale: Introducing Zappi into a complex workflow, or moving to a new suite of solutions, with every stakeholder aligned.
  • Span multiple teams, business units or markets: Coordinating across regions and business units, so the work stays consistent and on schedule.
  • Run against a fixed deadline: Launches, migrations or time-sensitive programs where slippage has a real cost.
  • Join up siloed ways of working: Bringing teams onto one connected system, with dependencies and risks managed throughout.
