Zappi is built for your teams to run research themselves. Your service package brings in Zappi expertise at planned moments across 12 months, to set you up, keep your setup current and help you prove the value of your program.

How Zappi expertise is offered?

Zappi expertise is available at the right moments throughout your transformation journey. 

In your subscription, at no extra charge

• Platform Support: Your first point of contact for platform and fieldwork questions, troubleshooting and guidance on how to use the platform.
• Customer management: A representative or team, based on the scale of your adoption, who manages your relationship and helps you get the most value from the platform.

Paid per project with credits

• Project Consultancy: Consultants who run the platform for you, from configuring and launching projects to analyzing and reporting on results.

In your service package
A 12-month program, matched to how you use Zappi, with three core packages: Foundation, Growth and Enterprise. Each package includes implementation services (setup, sample framework, training and onboarding) and strategic consultancy. Growth and Enterprise add ongoing platform maintenance, setup & adoption check-ins and program-level insights that go beyond the project-level insights via Strategic Consultancy and Performance Snapshots. 

Your platform subscription and your service package are separate purchases. Platform Support and Customer Management never cost extra. Learn more about Service Packages.

Optional add-ons

• Zappi Marketing Agents services: Purchased with your Zappi Marketing Agents™ subscription.
  • AI Concept Lab: Try the agents, or bring your team together in an in-depth, expert-facilitated workshop.
  • Marketing Agents service package: Setup, onboarding and ongoing maintenance for your agent ecosystem once you subscribe.
• Tailoring package: A Zappi solution or system of up to five solutions or trackers, configured to your questions, scales and reporting, and kept current as the platform evolves. Add it to any base package or purchase it separately.
• Program Management: Operational support to deliver a defined, high-impact initiative, from complex rollouts to multi-market change.

Project Services

If you if a self-service approach to using Zappi isn't for you, you can opt into project services. In other words, if you don’t have people who can set up and run your research projects, we would highly recommend opting into Project Consultancy.

With Project Consultancy, you will be assigned a research expert to your account who is trained and highly experienced on our platform and solutions. Your Zappi-certified consultant will be your extra set of hands for any day-to-day project-related needs, such as configuring and launching a study or analyzing and reporting on your results for an individual project.

Project Consultancy is separate from your service package and is paid per project using platform credits.

How to request services

If you’d like to learn more about any of our services or you’d like us to consult on what offerings may be the right fit for you, get in touch by reaching out to your account team.

If you are an existing Zappi user, you can request services straight from the platform. Click on the hand icon on the left hand menu to ‘Request professional services (including consultancy)’. A form will appear where you can add a description of your requirements. Your customer representative or a consultant will be in touch to discuss further.
