Tailor your research system to make it just right for your business

In the past months, we stood up our operational tailoring service so you can embed your knowledge & best practices in the platform and make research feel even easier and more consistent.

How does it work? We work together to set up the things that matter to your business upfront & once, these can be:

  • Questions to match what you want & need to ask
  • Audiences you want to understand
  • Benchmarks that are important for you
  • Language, frameworks & outputs that work for your business

What are the benefits?

  • Your research ecosystem feels like an extension of your business so it’s easy for everyone
  • Fewer decisions to make every time you do research
  • Your team will always be measuring the right things to support your business strategy
  • Your whole business can learn from all the research you’ve run

Have more control over your fieldwork

  • Control your launch time & pacing: Our platform has been built for speed, which is why your research goes live as soon as your project is confirmed and will collect the data as quickly as possible. However, we recognize that sometimes this isn’t the best option for your project. Sometimes you are working across timezones, sometimes your surveys need to be scheduled over time in order to ensure it’s representative of your audience, and sometimes consistency is the critical piece. This requires more control over when and how your surveys go into the field. To give you flexibility, we provide scheduling and pacing options at checkout.

How does it work? When configuring a project, you now have an option to:

  • Schedule your project - you’re able to delay the launch of your research project to a later specified time based on your requirements
  • Pace the collection of data - you can choose to space out the collection of respondents over a set amount of days - 1, 2, or 7 days.

This feature is now available for the US & UK markets and will be rolled out to more markets in the future. Learn more here.

  • Get a more accurate fieldwork time estimate: We have improved by 30 percentage points the accuracy of fieldwork time estimates shown at checkout. These estimates are now based on historical fieldwork data rather than hardcoded, and thus more representative of real expected times. This improvement has been implemented for the US & UK markets for now.

Act in confidence with quality data

  • Further enhanced quality of open-ended responses: Building on the enhanced open-ended quality checks launched in Q2, we have further improved these and the way we identify repetitions. Previously we were able to identify repetitions in a survey only if we had a minimum of a few open-ended questions. Now we can identify repetitions even within surveys with a single open-ended question. Provided responses with repetitions are long enough, these will be identified and respondents will be rejected from the data set.
  • Get more accurate information on the status of your project: We have updated notification emails about the status of your project to reflect scheduling, pacing, and quality checks. You will receive notification emails about project creation, start of fielding, and project completion as before. However, you will be notified that a project is completed only once all the quality checks are confirmed and after re-fielding is done if needed. In the past, these emails were sent prior to re-fielding which created confusion.
