How to purchase and use credits
Purchasing Credits
Once we scope out your research and service needs, we will recommend the right credit bundle that meets your needs. Depending on the size of the credit that you purchase upfront, you might be awarded a percentage discount on any project run using the credit bundle. Please speak to your customer representative to help you scope out your research and service needs and recommend the correct credit bundle.
Using credits
When you purchase a credit bundle, it will be made available on the Zappi Platform for you to use in the form of a wallet. The wallet should be named in a way that helps you understand when and how to use the credit.
You can see the wallets that you have access to in your account, click your avatar in the bottom left, then select ‘Plan and Credit’. You can see the amount of money and who has access to use each wallet.
You can search for wallets by keyword, or filter by using the buttons under the search bar.
If you are an admin user, you can share access with other users, rename the wallet, and make transfers between wallets as long as they have matching discounts.
During project configuration, you may be asked to select the wallet that you want to use from the start. You can always adjust this at the end of configuration during checkout.
If you have a discount on your wallet, this will be reflected in the price of the project as you progress through the configuration.
If you don’t have enough credit, you will need to purchase more before you can launch the project. If you are an admin and have access to other credits that can be used for this work, you are able to transfer from one wallet to another. The transferred credits need to be in the same currency and have to have the same or lower discount rate.
