AI Agent Implementation | Documents

Overview

As Zappi helps you set up your Agents, we will ask for some documents to help us train the agents to work for your brand.

As part of implementation, we’ll work with you to consolidate your materials so that only the most relevant information is uploaded into the agents. While our general guide is to provide 3–4 documents per agent, this often means we’re streamlining 5–10 of your internal files into a focused set that avoids duplication and ensures clarity for the AI.

You don’t need to provide every document type. Even one or two high-quality, recent examples in each relevant category can greatly improve an agent’s outputs.
